What is Sheet Metal Fabrication?
Sheet Metal Fabrication is a modern manufacturing technique that involves the use of metal sheets to form parts.
For sheet metal fabrication, brakes, dies, punches and presses represent the majority of the forming tools. Sheet metals can be processed by bending, curling, punching, shearing, hydroforming, spinning, laser cutting, and ironing.   • Brushing
    It is achieved by using a grit belt or wheel, non-woven abrasive belt or pad to produce a polished finish in a metal part.
  • Polishing
    Used for creating high-quality surface finish in CNC machined parts
  • Black Oxide
    The black oxide coating is produced by a chemical reaction between the iron on the surface of the ferrous metal and the oxidizing salts present in the black oxide solution.
