Quality Control on every steps

• QC in workshop: Supervisors check the size for the first one piece before mass production. Routine inpection during production for every step. After finished parts, will inspect and make measure report by CMMA machines.

• QC in packaging: There are 4 workers to check the proudct’s surface roughness details before packaging.

• Simple but Safe for packing: Wrap products by pearl cotton, seperated with cardboard for each layer with sturdy and well-seal carton box(for small size product)/wooden box(for batch production large qty product) to make sure the parts are safe during shipping.

• Quality Complains: If any customers make quality complains, we’ll forward it to our service team, they will report directly to our factory manager. Usually we hold a meeting with production. And will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
