Each prototype, project or part is evaluated by a team including the Chief Engineer, Factory Manager, CNC Programmer and Chief Machinist. They decided on the most efficient CNC machining method to complete the project. Also decide which machine is most cost-effective to use in any given process. This can mean using a manual machine to make the initial rough parts before finishing the project with CNC machining. This is to ensure cost-effective programming of CNC machines, which CNC machine has the lowest running costs. This keeps the project, prototype or part at a level of CNC machining that the customer can afford. While a multi-spindle machine can do all the work required in some cases, we still evaluate this based on the cost of running a multi-spindle machine. We make sure that the cost is not higher than the alternative method. Our goal is to find the best price/performance result based on the quality and CNC precision machining tolerance guidelines requested by the customer.
