How long does it take to receive samples? a) Sample: 30-45 days after placing the order b) Sample: 30 days after the sample is finished. c) Delivery time is the general production cycle, excluding transportation time. New product development process Get tooling orders and sample orders, deposit 50%, and have a meeting with the relationship department. Ensure development progress Design patterns, fixtures and gauges, and make mold steel purchases at our home for machining inspections Send samples and preliminary inspection reports. How long is the manufacturing lead time? Mass production: 90 days after sample approval. Lead time is the general production cycle including shipping time. If customers have urgent needs, we can effectively make some special production arrangements. What terms of trade do you offer for custom spring CNC wire forming? We generally offer FOB CIF (Carriage, Insurance Freight) prices to our clients. CIF includes shipping to your designated seaport. We do provide customs clearance of goods that need to be handled by a local freight forwarder. All local fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to advise on shipping if required. What are the payment terms? Payment terms are negotiable and will improve for long-term customers. In the initial stage, we ask for 50% of the mold fee in advance, and the rest will be paid when the sample is accepted. Production orders can be negotiated. We prefer 50% deposit and T/T balance before sailing. But sometimes T/T 30 days after sailing is acceptable. Which currency can we pay? We can handle USD/EUR/GBP. How long does it take to ship a cargo from China? It takes about 5 weeks plus 1 week for customs clearance to European ports, so you can get your container in 6 to 7 weeks. It takes about 2 weeks to the east coast and 3 weeks to the US west coast ports. All sea shipments are shipped from Qingdao Port.
