Asyou know, when processing plastic, high-speed cutting will make the plastic soft and sticky. we need keep high speed and large cutting speed with air cooling or water cooling are required. The cutting tool should be sharp, preferably cemented carbide. The rotating speed of metal processing and tool feeding shall be appropriate. Too high rotating speed will increase the wear of the tool. The tool feeding is big and the smoothness is poor,causing the tool damaged. In addition, the plastic clamping shall be firm (to prevent plastic products from deforming due to loosening the clamp)

2-CNC 3 Axis Machining Process
Part 1 & 2 - PC Block, M4 thread holes with heilcoil
One piece of raw material can finally produce 5 finished products. which will save the fixed time of each piece of material on the machine and greatly shorten the processing time of the product.
3-Tapping Process-Our worker carefully check the drawing to confirm that it is M4 thread hole and confirm the position of thread hole. When the first piece is completed Tapping, our quality inspector will check again that if it is consistent with the drawing, then signed, afther approval, they can continue to complete the rest of products.
4-Helicoil Insert Process
5-Final inspection-our customers have repeatedly stressed the importance of M4 thread holes. Our quality inspector uses the thread plug gauge to make a final inspection on the thread hole to ensure that it is the correct M4 thread holes with helicoil.

In order to protect the surface from being scratched , we machining with protection film.
Final inspection-our quality inspector uses the calipers to make the final inspection.

It is the same as above parts, in order to protect the surface from being scratched , we machining with protection film also.
Final inspection
Our customers have repeatedly stressed the importance of the top of the M4 thread holes, he said these holes were used to pull the equipment up to 55KGS. Our quality inspector uses the thread plug gauge to make a final inspection on the thread hole to ensure that it is the correct M4 thread holes.
